Eligibility and Authority
You confirm that you are legally competent to use this website and to engage our services. If you are acting on behalf of a company, LLP, firm, society, trust, NGO, director, partner, promoter, proprietor, authorised representative, or any other entity/person, you confirm that you have proper authority to share information, documents and instructions with us.
Professional Engagement
A professional engagement begins only after acceptance of the assignment by the Firm, completion of KYC/document checks where required, payment of agreed fees or advance, and receipt of necessary authorisations, documents, DSC/OTP/portal access instructions or client confirmations. Any quotation, proposal or timeline shared before document review is indicative and may change based on facts, government fee, regulatory requirement, document deficiency, portal status, urgency, scope change or applicable law.
Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide true, complete, current and legally valid information and documents. You are responsible for accuracy of names, addresses, PAN, Aadhaar, DIN, DSC details, bank details, email/mobile OTPs, entity documents, authorisation letters, board/partner/member approvals, statutory records and other information shared with us. The Firm will not be responsible for delay, rejection, penalty, wrong filing or loss arising from incorrect, incomplete, forged, misleading, delayed or unauthorised information provided by the client.
Scope of Services
Our services may include consultation, document review, drafting, form preparation, filing support, compliance guidance, representation support, application assistance and follow-up support. Unless expressly agreed in writing, our scope does not include litigation, government inspection handling, physical field verification, audit certification beyond agreed scope, tax audit, accounting, valuation, technical certification, regulatory appearance, or any third-party professional service.
Government Portals and Approval Dependency
Many services depend on portals and authorities such as MCA/ROC, GSTN, Income Tax Department, IP India, RBI, SEBI, banks, state departments, municipal bodies, NGOs/charity authorities, payment gateways, courier/logistics and other government or third-party systems. Approval, processing time, objection, resubmission, rejection, inspection, notice, penalty or additional documentation may be beyond our control. We do not guarantee any government approval, registration, certificate, licence, trademark acceptance, tax approval or regulatory outcome.
Fees, Taxes and Payments
Fees may include professional fee, government/statutory fee, portal fee, stamp duty, challan, payment gateway charge, courier cost, third-party professional cost and applicable taxes. Government/statutory fees and third-party fees are generally non-refundable once paid or used. Work may be kept on hold if payment, documents or client confirmation is pending. Fee once quoted is valid only for the period mentioned in the quotation or invoice.
GSTIN: Not applicable as on 12 June 2026. If GST registration or tax treatment becomes applicable in the future, invoices, taxes and payment terms may be updated accordingly as per applicable law.
Communication Consent
By submitting your details on the website, WhatsApp, email, phone call, form, payment page or any communication channel, you consent to be contacted by the Firm through call, email, SMS, WhatsApp or other digital communication for enquiry follow-up, service updates, documentation, payment reminders, compliance reminders and related professional communication. You may request discontinuation of promotional communication, but service-related communication may continue for active assignments.
Confidentiality
We treat client documents and information as confidential, subject to disclosures required for service performance, legal compliance, statutory filing, government portal submission, regulatory requirement, court/authority order, professional duty, accounting, audit, payment processing, technology hosting, or client consent. Confidentiality does not apply to information already public, independently known, required to be disclosed by law, or necessary to defend our legal/professional rights.
Intellectual Property
All website design, text, graphics, icons, layouts, documents, checklists, formats, service descriptions and other materials on the website belong to the Firm or its licensors unless otherwise stated. In any case, our aggregate liability for a paid assignment shall be limited to the professional fee actually received by us for the specific disputed service, excluding government/statutory fee, taxes, third-party costs and payment gateway charges.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Firm, its proprietor/partners/team/consultants/employees/associates from claims, losses, penalties, costs, damages or proceedings arising from your inaccurate information, unauthorised instructions, forged documents, breach of law, misuse of website, non-payment, non-compliance, or breach of these Terms.
Suspension or Refusal of Service
We may refuse, suspend or terminate service where documents are incomplete, payment is pending, instructions are unlawful or unethical, KYC is not satisfactory, client is non-cooperative, conflict of interest exists, abusive behaviour occurs, regulatory risk is identified, or continuing the assignment may violate law/professional standards.
Force Majeure
We are not liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control, including government portal downtime, cyber incidents, natural disasters, power/internet failure, regulatory changes, strikes, war, public emergencies, payment gateway failure, server disruption, or government/authority delays.
