This No Data Sharing Policy explains our commitment that Sunny G And Co. Company Secretaries does not sell, rent, trade or commercially share client personal data or confidential business documents. This policy should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions.
Core Commitment
We do not sell, rent, exchange, trade, publish or provide client personal data, documents, financial records, statutory records, KYC documents, business plans, professional communications or confidential files to advertisers, data brokers, marketing agencies or unrelated third parties for commercial gain.
Limited Necessary Sharing
Because we provide professional compliance and filing services, certain limited sharing may be necessary to complete the assignment. This may include sharing data with government departments, regulatory portals, banks, payment gateways, courier providers, IT/cloud/email/hosting vendors, professional associates, consultants, auditors, lawyers, accountants, employees/team members, or authorities when required by law, client instruction or service delivery.
Need-to-Know Access
Access to client information is restricted on a need-to-know basis. Team members, associates or vendors are expected to access only the data required for the assigned work and maintain confidentiality.
No Unauthorised Marketing Sharing
We do not share client contact details or documents with third parties for unrelated promotional calls, mass marketing, lead selling or advertising campaigns. If we send service updates, compliance reminders or newsletters, clients may request opt-out from promotional communication.
Government and Regulatory Submissions
Data submitted to MCA/ROC, GSTN, Income Tax, IP India, RBI, SEBI, banks, state departments, courts/tribunals or other authorities is not considered unauthorised sharing, as such submission is necessary for the service, statutory compliance or legal requirement.
Client-Authorised Sharing
If a client asks us to coordinate with their CA, advocate, accountant, banker, auditor, employee, partner, director, consultant, investor, representative or any other person, sharing with such authorised person will be treated as client-authorised sharing.
Security and Breach Response
We take reasonable precautions to protect client data from unauthorised access, disclosure or misuse. If we identify any unauthorised disclosure or security incident, we will take reasonable corrective action and make notifications where required by applicable law.
Exceptions
This policy does not restrict disclosures required by law, court order, government authority, regulator, law enforcement, professional duty, audit/accounting requirement, payment dispute, fraud prevention, legal claim defence, or client consent.
